Exchanges & Refunds

ALL sales are FINAL. No exchanges or refunds will be given. With the exception of wrong size/item(s) being received. In this case, you will be sent the same item(s) you originally ordered or store credit will be issued if the item is no longer available. We do not issue cash refunds.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at nicoleandgracekidsboutique@gmail.com to obtain the address information for returns/shipping.

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
